  • Operating Authorities in both Canada and USA
  • FAST Certified
  • Safety Rating
  • C-TPAT certification
  • Workers Compensation certification
  • Bonded Carrier license
  • Claims Ratio against total loads hauled
  • Accident record
  • On Time Performance
  • Cargo & Liability Insurance
  • Shipment Tracking Abilities, (satellite, driver contact etc)
  • After Hour contact & Emergency Contact
  • Customer Service References

The Partner Carrier relationship is managed under the Best-Way Cargo Management Inc. System

  • Accept the order and enter into dispatch system
  • Electronically transmit the order through to the Partner Carrier with the customers instructions on pick up & delivery requirements
  • Track and update dispatch system on the daily progress of the load from pick up to delivery
  • Deal with any and all issues with the Partner Carrier, customer, shipper or receiver
  • Protect the rate agreed to between the customer and Best-Way Cargo Management Inc.
