We have recently launched 60TPD expeller (chamber size 55″x9″x11″) and 36TPD expeller (chamber size 48″x8″) in addition to regular expellers like Super King Oil (44x7x7 1/2″), King Oil Expeller ( 33×7 and 33×6), Mini King and Super Baby (30 x 5), Baby (27 x 5) and Small Baby ( 24 x4). We are also manufacturing expellers as per order like 48 x 7, 48 x 6 1/2″, 36 x 6 1/2″, 33 x 5 1/2″ etc. We have already established plants for crushing of varying seeds like mahua, kusum, niger, sunflower, jhatropha, jojoba, sal seed, karanj, etc. in addition to the regular seeds like mustard, sesame, linseed, etc.
We have also supplied table expellers for experimentation and test checking of oil content etc in various seeds. These are very useful for the on-the-spot verification of the quality of the oil seeds. Moreover, constant research and development is going on to produce expellers which consume lesser electricity and at the same time increase productivity. Ease of operation and additional safety features are being added to ensure welfare of the workers also. We are also in process of taking feedback from our clients to improve the after sales services for the betterment of the client.
