About this training course

Swetha is approved to provide the following training and assessment for the following national fffcompetencies individually or as a package: TLIE2029 – Conduct workplace information briefings TLIE1003 – Participate in basic workplace communication TLIE2007 – Use communication systems TLIF2010 – Apply fatigue management strategies This training and assessment is designed to equip participants with required non-technical skills in communication, teamwork, situational awareness, risk management, fatigue management and leadership required for effective safe behaviours in rail work. This training is aligned to SafeWorking and WHS competencies required for work in TfNSW rail jurisdictions and includes the national competencies leading to the TLI21915 Certificate II in Track Protection qualification in the TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package.

Requirements for this course

  • Have adequate core skills of being able to learn, read, write, take part in oral communication and numeracy
  • Learning Language And Numeracy (LLN) skills embedded in this unit of competency e.g. learner’s will be required to report verbally, relay and discuss information, identify hazards, read safety signs and procedures
